J.A.R.V.I.S. ("the Bot", "the Service", "we", "us", "our") is a Discord bot and companion web dashboard operated by Midnight Ghosts group. By adding the Bot to a Discord server, using its commands, subscribing to Premium, or otherwise interacting with it, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
The Bot provides features that may include server moderation, AI-assisted conversation and image generation, leveling, a per-server economy, giveaways, scheduling, welcome and notification messages, content alerts (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, RSS) and other utilities, configured per server through the web dashboard. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time without notice.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times while using the Bot. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions to add and configure the Bot for any server you manage.
You agree not to use the Bot to:
Server administrators are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used within their servers.
Some AI and integration features require you to provide your own third-party API keys (for example OpenAI, Tavily or ElevenLabs). If you supply such keys, you are solely responsible for your own usage, costs, quotas and compliance with those providers' terms. Keys you provide are stored encrypted at rest, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some features use third-party AI models to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate, and is provided for general purposes only — it is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and for how you use any content the Bot produces.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any level of uptime and may suspend, limit or discontinue the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind. Midnight Ghosts group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under Italian or European Union law that cannot be waived by agreement.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
